Tap at the brewery
Light head filled to the top of the glass, hazy honey orange color
Nose nice fresh cascade hops, grassy floral, citrus, very floral fresh hop, nice citrus orange rind, little pithy, hint of malt
Taste mild toasted malt, little sweet, big hops, tons of fresh cascade hops, bit grassy, floral fresh hop, mild fruity citrus, orange rind, generic fruity note, touch cracker pilsner malt turning quite spicy late, dry finish, fair bitterness, lingering spicy hop
Mouth is med bod, nice carbonation
Overall a pretty nice middle road apa, nothing crazy about it, not too complex but nice balance and nice bitterness and pretty much what you want for good apa
