Good beer but not sure it's a saison. I don't get much of the yeast and delicate flavors associated with those Belgian brews. It's also pretty boozy. I like a bit less alcohol personally but not taking points away for that but it would be easier to drink with less ABV. Start Line is very good at hoppy beers. That's what I drink from Start Line. I'll drink Spencer, Allagash, Oxbow, etc when I want a Belgian style beer.

Crowler filled yesterday
Pours a large foamy bubbly 1+ finger head that fades slowly, great retention, bit of lacing, very hazy opaque golden orange blond color
Nose nice saison aromas, grainy malty toasted malt, straw, touch of sweetness, mild phenol spices, very toasty grainy, hint lemony and fruity esters, not really any honey
Taste again very malty, roasted doughy grainy, creamy wheat biscuity cracker, then yeast additions, big side and phenol notes, some fruity esters and bubblegum, mild spicy grassy hops kick in with mild to fair bitterness, a touch of honey on the back end, very dry finish, a little astringent but not much, fair bitterness and grassy hop, fruity esters and spice phenols lingering, and dry honey finish
Mouth is med bod, a bit soft creamy, nice carbonation so good to see they got that dialed in on the crowlers finally, just a flash of alcohol
Overall not bad, wish I got a bit now perceived honey but there is a bit as I know that gets mostly fermented out, but a nice base saison
