This is a good beer. It can be a little bland though. I really like English ales in general. I like brown ales, etc. I drink this at the brewery in the winter. It's a nice change of pace from the super hoppy brews.

Crowler filled a couple hours ago
Pours a large foamy tan head with med retention, soapy lacing, dark mahogany chestnut brown color
Nose big sweet brown malts, toasted grain with some caramel and toffee, raw brown sugar, fairly sweet aroma, a bit nutty and hint of coffee, no hop aroma
Taste sweet brown malts, fairly sweet overall but not overly sweet, toasted grain but not biscuity, some caramel, plenty more brown sugar and toffee, a little sweet flavored coffee and a bit nutty again, mild spicy hop flavor with light bitterness up front but increasing to med on the back end, a little sticky on the finish with the lingering spicy hops
Mouth is med bod, a little creamy, med to a bit higher fizzy carb
Overall solid brown ale, a bit on the sweet side for my taste, and I also like a bit more hop profile, but this is well within the style and a tasty beer
