At The Cookie Bar on Drouillard Rd. in nearby Windsor; on tap and chilled, 4oz. in a flight of four beers. My seventh beer from the Markham, Ontario brewery, and sixth for 2025. Leading an outing of my Responsible Beer Drinking Club...

Pours a medium foamy bubble 1 finger head with moderate retention, nice foamy lacing, very hazy cloudy orange color
Nose plenty of citrus, orange and some mango, papaya, a bit of generic tropical, doughy creamy pithy malt, little cracker flaked malt
Taste brings plenty of juicy citrus, orange tangerine juice and mild tropical, mango like, generic tropical, a bit of pithy like, little cracker like creamy malt, light bitterness, a bit thin and watery too though, very dry finish, light pithy,
Mouth is med to lighter bod, a little thin and watery, also a bit astringent, medium carb
Overall not bad, good hops, malts are a bit thin and its a little watery, but enjoyable

Pours honey golden, on the clearer side with nice fluffy head that settles but is retained till the end. Grassy, citrusy. Hops finish is on the milder side, this one is Rouge River's most mild hops offerings. Nice lacing on the empty glass, which I understand is a sign of quality hops... you could have a few of these at 5.4% ABV. Enjoy!!
