My first from this brewery but what I have seen online certainly makes me want on of these Au Ju dhui! A November 2020 brews poured into a tulip with excellent collar. Thick orange juice greets you with lemon haze. Nose is soft fruits here of citrus. Taste is smooth with grasses front and lingering as well in after taste. Minimal bitter here with oats to coat your palette. Decent!
