Rougeweisse is our take on the classic German-style wheat beer. Our first ever wheat beer! We brewed this with locally grown wheat from our friends at Carma Farms in Markham. We’ve been working with them since we opened to feed our spent grain to their animals. Cloudy and unfiltered, this beer has classic notes of bubblegum and banana with just a hint of clove and spice. Your perfect autumn companion, and a must try for all wheat beer fans.
