This India Pale Ale beer style is a well balanced IPA which uses a blend of Chinook and Cascade hops for bittering, flavor and aroma to profile the spicy and pine characteristics and subtle grapefruit finish, enhanced with a dry hop.

Right of the bat this was under pressure. Lost about 1/4 of the can when I opened it, it foamed big time. Made my puppy very happy lapping it up.... He rated it a 5/5 but its also the first beer he's managed to get a taste of beer .....
Cleanup aside, the aroma of this beer was very present (and still is). It was a very pleasing orange/light amber color.
The nose was strong on pineapple, papaya(?) and wet pine needles.
The taste started tart, almost sour, hints of lime and a more lush tropical fruit. This was slowly taken over by a nice pine flavor. Very nice and balanced bitterness.
The feel was good, the taste clung, lasted and matured.
My favorite food pairing thought with this is roast beef or beef short rib. It needs a bold taste.

Slightly hazy amber colour with a thick, even head. Sweet fruity, malty nose. Medium malt body with a full bitter pine finish. Good crispness. Well-crafted but not bold. A solid IPA.

Clear, slight veil, dark amber color with lots of activity. Creamy 2 finger head, lasting around 10-15 minutes, with strong leggings. Flavors of caramel, sweet barley, grapefruits, butter, clove, lactose, and herbal hops. Slick and oily medium body with a moderate crisp. Strong strength finish, mostly heavily piney with lots of peppercorn, a bit fruity. Quite bold but the freshness is still passable. Balance and general feel is pretty good. Overall very good quality craft.
