Amber color with some suspended sediment and a modest white head.
The aroma is light caramel malt. The taste is light caramel, fresh biscuits and some grassy notes in the finish.
The body is light, moderate carbonation, smooth and very drinkable.
Altogether, this is a pretty decent cerveza, definitely better than some I have had, refreshing, great for cooling off on a hot day after mowing the yard.
