Weizen glass at the brewery.

Delicately hazed apricot hued beer. The head is a flurry and descends rapidly to nothing.

Strong ginger, coriander, and orange peel.

They clearly loaded up the ginger, but it comes across as vegetal, with only a little characteristic spice. Other than the ginger it’s in pretty standard Wit territory; orange rind, wheat, coriander, sweet in the front with a nice dry and neutral finish.

Thin, but what I’d expect from such a low ABV beer. A little matte from the wheat.

Wit is my least favorite style, but it was time to give another one a try. I didn’t get any apricot, definitely did get ginger, and I really, really like a truly sessionable 3.5%.
