Rockmill Tavern

I stopped in here for dinner without a reservation and the servers bent over backwards to get me a table before the late rush started. I'm glad they did, because this place is a gem. Rather low-key atmosphere, with dim lighting and ambient music that isn't distractingly loud. My server Sydney was awesome. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the beers on the tap list and the Columbus beer scene in general. Excellent food, and Rockmill has a great lineup of beers with emphasis on farmhouse styles. Pop in during Happy Hour (4-6 Tuesday through Sunday) for half-price drinks and flights. You won't be disappointed.

 

An exceptional restaurant with incredible Belgian style beers. Le Cheval is a classic saison. Certainly a standout in Columbus, OH.

The best place to get their tasty beer, without going to the brewery. It's fancy. The good is good and pairs well with the beer. You really should go to the brewery. As nice as the tavern is, the brewery is where you need to be.
