Note: This beer is brewed by the Nashville Brewing Co. (aka, Blackstone Restaurant and Brewery), not Boscos as stated in the previous review. This is a very good porter, named after the traditional technique of mixing the three grain runnings. This mixture later became known as Porter. The Nashville Brewing Company name was taken from the predecessor of the William Gerst Brewing Co. The brewery held that name from the Civil War until Gerst bought it in 1890.
