Surprised there aren't more reviews of this fine representation of the style. Sweet maltiness on the nose as well as the initial taste. Nice dark amber color but not much of a head. Sweet maltiness with some mild spice from the hops. Smooth, easy to drink and delicious. Prosit!

From a bottle. Medium brown color with a thin lacing. Roasted malt aroma. Light body. Mild malty flavor with a lightly hopped finish. A very traditional take on the style, simple but well executed.
