Slightly cloudy straw colored pour with a white one-finger head. Really nice barnyard funk aroma with a hint of sour citrus. Taste follows the nose with a great tart citrus flavor upfront backed by some funk and bread flavors.

Blend #2 Bottled on 10/20/16
Pours about a 6 on the SRM. Decently clouded.
Citrus and floral on the nose with a large soapy head.
More citrus and floral notes, from the use of Citra hops. Peach and orange, some acidity but not very sour. Just a nice subtle mix of a wild sourness and dry hopping. Neither of which overpowers the other.
Crisp, fine carbonation. Mouthfeel is light and slides right down without leaving behind anything much to linger. A smooth finish which is a perfect compliment to this beer.
Overall a great, easy drinking dry-hopped sour!
