Found on Tavour, I really liked this one.
Poured into a pint glass, this was a fizzy brew with a huge but light head which shrank quickly but did not disappear. Color was a light honey gold which looked like a cider.
The aroma was an amazing. Honey and floral notes dominated with a hint of berries. I could smell this all day long.
Flavor was great. Crisp with floral notes and a hint of honey on the back end which paired amazingly with a touch of bitter hops. Slightly sour and dry overall. Like champagne but so much better.
Feel was light and crisp. Good sipped but also crushable... though too good and complex to waste chugging.
Overall one of the best things I have drank all year. Truly the champagne of beers (sorry Miller)
