Thanks, Shane.
This is an undrinkable mess. Massive acidity with thick lactic acid, acetone and nail polish remover, sour peaches, mild floral notes and a rather sweet, sugary base that attempts to balance the sourness but fails horribly. A strange wet cereal character is present. Awful acidity, stomach churning, this gives wild ales a bad name.

Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Can't wait for the follow-up, Buttercup. Or maybe Bubbles. Anyway, this stuff pours a hazy sunset amber-brass topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises sour peach, lemon, tart mandarine oranges, and boozy white wine musk. The taste brings in more of the same, a Brett-like funk coming along for the ride. The body is a lithe medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a dry, sticky finish. Overall, a rather nice and complex bit of wildness. Right on.
