Tasting glass
Look: hazy pale straw yellow, with a 1 finger head
Smell: Fruity, trad sour smell with fresh guava. Yeast and light honey in the background
Taste: Strong tartness which is mellow. Tropical fruit and some musty cellar with yeast. Finish leaves a tartness behind. Light alcohol behind too.
Feel: Moderate carbonation, light moderate body
Overall: Its good, very strong yeast note. Wish there was some more guava
