Poured into a pint from a (rock-hard) 16oz can, which gushed a bit on opening. Guess the wild fermentation just got a little overenthusiastic. No off notes on the nose or a quick taste, so on we go:

A: Poured pale gold with massive, finely textured white head.

N: wild and yeasty, with the passionfruit making itself known. Pleasant but not overpowering.

T: good balance of bracing tartness and light residual sweetness. Passionfruit comes through on top, with a long funky finish. Not getting the juniper.

M: fine, almost champagne-like carbonation, with a bit more body than I'm used to in the style.

O: Very pleasant and refreshing. I'm sad it's my last one (2 of the other 4 cans having bulged to the point I disposed them).
