Nouvelle Pêche is a farmhouse ale, lightly fruited with Baby Crawford peaches, a new variety for Masumoto Family Farm that we’re honored to have gotten last season.
We were given just a handful of boxes of fruit, enough to add a touch of peach character to a single barrel of beer. The peaches are gorgeous, with a consistent orange color throughout, giving them the look of a large apricot. They have a round flavor with notes of vanilla in addition to the classic juicy peach character.

500 mL bottle into a teku glass
Light yellow appearance, clear. Nose is of unripe citrus, rose water, touch of funk.
Lots of fruit on the palate; peaches, but distinct cherry nuances as well. Slightly tart, oaky. Clean, short finish.
Eminently drinkable and becomes more delicious as you work through the bottle.
