The marriage of two worlds. This rare one of one-of-a-kind, beauty was created with winter wheat, barley, hops, and then intertwined with edelweiss grape juice from our friends at Tassel Ridge Winery. It has rested on toasted oak for a smooth, dry, subtle, yet sweet finish. This exceedingly interesting beer beer falls outside the boundaries of any defined style.
