Big, Bold, and Bad...
This Barley Wine began its journey a few months back and has been patiently resting, aging, and maturing its flavor until the time was right. We used ample amounts of rich Maris Otter malts, and hopped it heavily with a classic hop combination of Centennial, Chinook, and Cascade. This amber beauty is made for enjoying fresh or placing in a cellar to age and continue its flavor maturation.
