Medium bodied with gentle roasted undertones and a mineral finish. Crafted with 20kg of fresh Pristine Bay oysters; which are tossed into the brew during the last ten minutes of the boil; shell, meat, juice and all to infuse the stout with flavours of the sea

Easy drinking, different stout that is chocolatey which is personal preference. Very dark brown with sustained head. Pleasant surprise and would order again.

Coal black with a strong tan head. Chocolatety malt nose with a hint of brine. Light-medium malt body, relatively mild roasted chocolate with some light salt notes. Finish is more crisp than smooth. Tasty, different stout. Had another can in June 2023 and the review holds up.
