L/F: straw colored, hazy. Solid foam. Mouthfeel is lighter, high carbonation than I expected. Very nice.
S: pleasant but far weaker on the nose than I expected. yeasty even for this style, lighter than expected.
T: not quite what i expect, but interesting in its own way. It comes with the yeast + touch of malt normal from the style, lighter on the spice than the belgians but ... has a touch.. of.. bubble-gum? I find it really intriguing. Bonus points.
