Oddly, this was served in a large brandy glass. Still, it had a good head that stuck around. Thicker streaks for lace. Hazy gold color.
Mostly malty with a little bit of wheat? It's almost like a weak hefeweizen. I'm not getting any hop bitterness or flowers.
The taste is a touch earthy. Spritzy but not overly so, perhaps it's the lower level of body. The hop is pronounced to create the effect of black pepper in the swallow, leaving a moderate length aftertaste.
