Taste: bright apple, tart yeast, fruit sour, crisp clean finish. Big cider and wheat nose. Pale gold, crystal clear, with foamy white head. Medium body. 6 IBUs

Thanks to Ben for this one!
Draft at the brewery. Pale pastel canary yellow with a compact layer of foam and a drippy ring of lacing around the outer edges of the glass.
Aroma is fresh tart lemon, citric with a little bit of minerality and wheat graininess.
Taste is tart and refreshing, lemon and wheat. Crisp feel with a bone dry finish. Simple but well structured. Light bodied with effervescent carbonation. This really hit the spot, a classic Berliner that was very easy drinking.
Perfect post-game beer after doing some bocce court maintenance and playing a few games at the nearby 21st & Halsted lot next to Andorka's.
