473 ml can served cold into a pint glass. Purchased in a Collingwood LCBO while away at a conference.
Appearance - ruddy dark orange color with loads of haze. A nice finger and change of fluffy white head.good extension and curtains of streaky lacing.
Smell - some citrus with orange being most plentiful, some grapefruit and some pine. Hints of malt are present too. Not a big nose when cold.
Taste- middling bitterness, a little resiny, some grapefruit and orange. Possibly a pinch of melon in the beer too.
Mouthfeel - smooth, slightly sticky, carbonation is low and body is on the heavier side. More double IPA in texture, but difference is minute.
Overall - a pretty solid IPA, but not spectacular enough to make it into a regular rotation. Still a nice initial offering from this brewery.

Pours ruddy orange with a small, short lived head that leaves a good amount of lace on the glass. Balanced caramel bread malts and citrusy Cascade hops in the nose. The taste is hop forward with juicy white grapefruit notes and some piney dankess. Light carbonation and medium bodied. Mouthcoating medium to high bitterness in the long finish.
A nice, straight up, old school West Coast IPA. I recommend this.

This is a decent, sort-of old school West Coast IPA with an aroma and taste dominated by Cascade hops. Low bitterness. Bready malt backbone. Creamy mouthfeel.

Hopped with citra and cascade, this is brewed in the style of west coast IPAs rather than the New England style that is so popular now. The malt bill is quite pronounced, too much so for my tastes. Lots of caramel and bread. The largest hop flavour is pine, though there is some citrus. I would not have guessed Citra. Quite drinkable, but not quite my thing.
