Served in a shaker pint on draft at Knight’s Pizza.
Light golden, slightly hazy with solid 1-finger foamy white head with good lacing.
Pine and floral aroma with light caramel malt note.
The caramel note gains too much momentum and makes me wonder about diacetyl. Hoppiness is early-palate and fades quickly. Needs more bitterness as well, especially with the strong caramel presence.
Nothing wrong with the feel - solid.
Pare back the caramel and up the bitterness but this isn’t a bad start.
