A dry Irish Stout with decadent hints of roasted coffee beans and chocolatey goodness. This is one of our flagship brews and is the perfect Stout to enjoy in any season.

Canned on 103018.
Black with 1-finger beige head that dissipates quickly.
Aromas are graham cracker, milk chocolate, and black coffee with nice roast/burnt quality.
Flavor has a light berry ester which provides another layer of interest in a nice stout. Plum, chocolate, roast grain, and lighter coffee notes with some medium caramel in there too. Lowish bitterness - I think more bitterness or roast would help the flavor and dryness of the feel.
Feel is fine but probably not quite light or dry enough. Needs a bit more carbonation also.
Enjoyable stout but would be top-notch with a bit more bitterness and/or roast and more carbonation to enhance the dryness and lighten the body.
