Canned on 053119.
Amber with 1-finger light beige head and decent lacing.
Musky, dank aroma with notes of lime, grapefruit, and light berry.
Flavor is very earthy, dank, and herbal overall with quite a bit of British pale ale malt character and herbal, dank hop character. Medium bitterness.
Slightly tacky feel with medium body and lowish carbonation.
I’ve had three JRH beers this weekend and all are fine but a lacking distinctive character, particularly in the hop Dept. This one strikes me as more of a English IPA from the malt character, hop notes (even though they are American hops), and bitterness and ABV.
