16 oz can into a pint glass. Slightly hazy pale yellow color with a foamy white head that laid down rings of lace. Bread, pepper, lemon citrus aroma. Taste follows: cracker, lemon, faint spicy hops. Very bright, crisp, and refreshing. A good warm-weather patio pounder.

16oz can poured into a pilsner glass shows a cloudy, straw-yellow, gold body. Lively rising bubbles join a voluminous 2" head of white evaporating bubbles which falls to a wispy cap of islands leaving erratic lacing behind.

A bready, lemony aroma invites a confident swig, releasing a well carbonated, light, lemony flavor with a peppery hint. Easy, all day drinking ahead with a slightly wet, almost sweet, finish.

Overall a solid pils for burgers, salads, and fish.
Update live at the source: much better than canned and a Great space. Cleaner, clearer, and much fresher.

Pours a light clear yellow color. Thick frothy white head collapses inwards slowly leaving white lacing all over the glass. Very effervescent.

Aroma has some malts, white bread, with a nice lemony brightness. Very simple light aroma.

Taste has notes of cracker malts, white bread, bright lemony hops with a slight spiciness on the back end. Just a hint of bitterness. The flavor profile is more in line with a Bitburger pils than an Ayinger - more light and bright than bready or doughy.

Light and drinkable. Refreshing with a semi-dry finish.

A very easy drinking example of the style. Good tasting beer.
