Taste: Chop full of wheat bread, crisp, cloves, banana, on style. Bold , spiced banana bread wheat nose. Gild hue, unfiltered, big white foam head and rings of lattice of lace. Medium almost full body. Spot on to style. 18 IBUs.

Pours a slightly cloudy bright golden wheat color. Frothy white head dissipates steadily leaving no residual head or lacing.
Smell has notes of wheat, pepper, yeast, and some green apple. As the beer warms the green apple aroma subsides and it takes on more of the traditional banana aroma.
Taste has notes of wheat, pepper, a nice strong yeast with that classic clove and banana notes. There is a touch of apple in the flavor as well.
Feel is light, not as full bodied as some other examples of the style. Medium carbonation. Very easy drinking.
Overall a nice example of the style. Easy drinking and perfect for the summer.
