Wooden Cask Brewing Company

I thought place was nice. Good size indoor and outdoor space. Food was available for purchase which was very good. They had a very good selection of their beers on tap and some canned to go. The beers were decent. The bourbon selection was outstanding.

 

 

 

 

An excellent experience from a new brewery in Newport. The brewers/bartenders
are friendly and informative, the vibe is industrial and open with a bar made from the
old bowling alley floor that was underneath the layers of flooring that was previously
a cab company from what I caught of the buildings history. Casks fill a wall with goodness
inside of them giving you a glimpse into the future while the patrons who come in were
as friendly as the tenders of the bar. Food trucks offer food service and the beer itself is
very good and will most likely improve with time.

We shall return---a diamond in the rough and an excellent experience.
