2022 can; looks acceptable, minimal head. Nose is dominant on the rum barrel and cinnamon. Banana is delicate in flavor but present, blends well with the spices.

Don't you love it when a plan comes together? When dealing with access bananas, the brewers of Rock House make bananas foster... in beer form. Cinnamon and vanilla are added to bananas and a Belgo-American Quaduple Ale for a taste that has a clear plan in mind.
Deep and russet brown, Gas Station Bananas shields its dark appearance with a medium haze. As the rife banana perfume rolls off of the creamy froth, it comes with a bevy of dark fruit, complementary spice, hints of rum and wine and a soothing cinnamon overtone. Its sweetness is bold in its initial sip is fully malty with brown sugar, toffee, sorghum and honey to satisfy the sweet tooth immediately.
Then here comes the bananas! Undeniable in its tropical fruit display, the vanilla acts to give the fruit a smoothness, softness and a rounded sweetness that lays gently over the natural ale flavors of red wine, dark berries, raisin, plum, date and fig. With a balance of peppery spice, the cinnamon is met with peppercorn, allspice, nutmeg and clove. The rum barrels gives the beer a port-like taste with a toasty presence of rum cake and fortified red wine.
Full bodied, creamy and rich in true dessert fashion, Rock House has created a highly complex beer with not-so-subtle overtones of flavor. A lush and malty finish extends long with rummy warmth, heated spice and toasted bananas with a very clear and direct plan.
