32oz Howler fill at the brewery on 4-19-19
Deep golden, potentially unfiltered pilsner a touch hazy. 1" white head, great retention and leaves sudsy lacing behind.
Pilsner malt, a touch bready/crackery...soft and spicy nose. Grassy Noble hops in the house.
Clean, neat, grainy pilsner malt flavor followed by a whack of grassy, herbal, spicy hops. Just right.
Soft mouthfeel, as a pilsner it's a fuller bodied one, again - potentially unfiltered. Too full to call it pilsner crisp. Very nice, lingering spicy bitterness.
Well done, impressive beer.
