Poured into a pint glass from a 4 pack purchased at the brewery on 4/12/24.
Look: Clear, light yellow. Almost strawlike with a very small, thin white head that quickly dissipates.
Smell: The basmati is the driver here. Rice and a slight bit of an almost cereal grain.
Taste: Just excellent. Light, crisp and with the nice push of rice through the front and that lingers. Very refreshing.
Feel: Light body, very drinkable.
Overall: A terrific rice lager. I love this take and the use of basmati sets it apart.
