A month of conditioning on a ton of of peanuts, plus an unfathomable amounts of raspberries in a stout that leave the head tinged red make this one of the craziest beers we've ever released. Loads of nuttiness on the nose and taste with a blast of tart raspberry make you wonder if you're chewing a childhood favourite or drinking a mind altering stout.

Notes about this brew:
When deciding on how to hit the newest batch of stout with some big flavours, Patrick decided on a childhood favourite - PB&J. He conditioned the beer for a month on an absurd amount of raspberries and peanut butter, and added hazelnut extract for a nice rounded nutty finish. At 7.5% alc/vol, this pairs well breakfast then with needing a nap before lunch.
Canned May 30 so pretty fresh coming from the brewery.
Appearance - Pours a cold brown with a finger of blush pink red.
Smell - earthy and leafy hops, cocoa, peanut butter, raspberries, hazelnut, roasted malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy and leafy hops upfront. The brew then goes into the cocoa and bold notes of peanut butter, raspberries, and hazelnut. The roasted malts and earthy yeast round out the brew. It's essentially a PB & J sandwich but in liquid form.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes silky smooth with the peanut butter and raspberry lingering.
Overall - A very unique brew that may not be up everyone's alley. This one takes the element of the traditional sandwich and displays it very nicely. At 7.5%, this brew is extremely smooth and has me wanting a PB &J sandwich. A true stand out of a stout!
