What started as a happy accident, turned into a multiple Canadian Brewing Awards winning Double IPA.
We took our already awesome Forgetful Brewer recipe and added a hefty dose of pineapple juice to take this beer to 11. Expect a pleasant aroma of citrus and fruit, followed by a deliciously smooth fruity and hoppy flavour profile.

Pours a bright hazy orange with off white bubbly finger of head.
Aroma of citrus hops - orange, tropical fruit, pineapple - cereal malts.
Tastes of sweet pineapple, orange, tropical fruit - very juicy - prominent citrus hoppy flavour yet really no discernible bitterness. Cereal malt base.
Smooth medium mouthfeel on relatively tame carbonation - super easy drinking - sweet and 7.5% hides completely. Really quite tasty though not quite what the base The Forgetful Brewer is.
