Poured from tap into sniffer, minimal light tan head, soso retention and lacing. Darkish brown in the glass, a little light passes through. Smells of sweet bourbon, toffee, and cherry. Taste initial vanilla, bourbon and toffee, leads into some cherry and orange in the middle and finishes pretty dry for a barley wine. Lingering bourbon on the palate. Remarkably complex beer. No alcohol detected
