Deep golden, malty, unfiltered, balanced. Unfiltered lager, medium body. Chuckanut Head Brewer Bryan Cardwell and Wayfinder Beer in Portland's past Chuckanut brewer Kevin Davey joined together to make this collaboration country
style German lager. Our rustic golden lager is left unfiltered resulting in a rocky white head, rich malt flavors and a balance of noble hop aromas.

Served On-Tap

A — Pours a brilliant pale golden color into the glass. A bit of haziness, but still quite clear and glowing. A billowing white head rises to the top and leaves behind some solid spots of lacing with each sip.

S — Smell is pungent and grassy, wonderful noble hop aromas, fresh cut grass, some light lemon, a hint of skunkiness similar to Czech Pilsner, inviting, crisp, clean.

T — A big crisp hop aroma on top of a chewy and semi-sweet cracker malt base, a little bit chewy, a huge and refreshing clean green grassy hop bite melds with the signature house yeast strain. Wonderful.

M — Crisp, clean, light-medium bodied, a lingering finish, satisfying.

O — Incredible overall, one of the best Chuckanut beers I have ever had, excellent hop notes balanced with a clean and simple malt base, should have gotten more than one pour, will be back for more.
