Crowler from Orenco Taphouse.
A clear light yellow with a dense white head with good retention and lacing this looks great. The nose is soft and delicately doughy, with a fresh, wet dough note, a soft, lemony hop note, a little dust. Crisp. A touch floral as well. The palate opens crisp and with a nice blend of bitter lemon, mildly sweet dough and a light floral note. Crisp with a wisp of a metallic note initially. Drying, surprisingly bitter on the finish, this is clean and refreshing. A touch sweeter than I like, which is surprising given the low ABV. As tasty as it is, it's not as good as their regular Kolsch IMO.
