Can from P.Nut
A clear amber with a dense off-white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is lovely. Toasty, nutty, warming , gently spicy with a delicate floral hop character. It really opens up a it warms up. The palate opens nutty, toasty, softly creamy with burnt sugar, flan, dark honey. Softly bitter and floral hoppy notes. A hair watery. Drying, clean finish.

Poured into a Reuben's Brew pint glass. Pours a medium reddish orange with a two finger ivory head that dissipates slowly to a thick cap with nice lacing. Aroma of dry caramel malt, red berries (raspberries and cranberries), a hint of citrus and mild hops. Flavor of dry caramel and light biscuit malt, cranberries, raspberries, light rye; moderate hop bitterness with little hop botanical character. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. Looks and aroma of spot-on for a red, particularly the rich red tones of the color. Flavor starts well, but fades out a bit in the finish with a dry malt and vaguely flavored hops. A satisfactory red ale that doesn't really stand out.
