Golden Otter Ale has been brewed for Elakha Alliance’s “Oregon Otter Beer Challenge” to save the Oregon Coastal sea otters. This ale is reminiscent of an English Bitter, the standard ale in British pubs. Golden Otter uses Simpson’s Maris Otter Malt and East Kent Golding (EKG) hops.
