This traditional English pale ale is made with British pale malt and two varieties of English hops. A sturdy malt backbone balances the hop bitterness & English ale yeast lends character and complexity to this incredibly drinkable beer.

This beer had a slightly sour taste. Concerned the lines or cask engine may be infected.

A long-lasting, creamy almond head progresses from two inches to one-half inch. Thick creamy lace clings to a PBGC tulip glass. The beeris foggy amber (SRM 6-8). Tiny bubbles of carbonation slowly migrate from the top third of the glass.
Biscuit and caramel are strong, in contrast to moderate, earthy hops. There is a hint of banana bread.
Bitterness is moderate, just short of an English IPA. Earthy grains and herbal tea give way to a hint of lemon. There is a strong touch of caramel and burnt sugar. Mild pine resin contrasts with late sweetness. The finish is long, modest, and quite dry in the end.
A medium to full body with soft, smooth texture. Alcohol is more present than anticipated, though still light. Fine carbonation is light and creamy. This beer is quite dry.
Baker Street is interesting and easy drinking. I imagine this is what Cask Ale can be as it aligns with what I have read. Sit back and enjoy this while watching a ballgame with friends and family, as it is a very nice, social beer.

On cask at The Old Toad in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a light orange-ish amber color, clear, with a quickly dimishing head, and a little bit of lacing.
Smells like tea and leafy hops, and slight biscuity malt.
This isn't the boldest flavored bitter you've ever had- it's possible the cask is a bit old. The hop character is nice, light, leafy and tea-like, with a hint of lemon. I wish there was a bit more malt character to it.
This has a light and soft level of carbonation. This is expected, given the delivery of the beer.
This wasn't too bad, but it falls a little short.
