A strong, warming ale hints of sweet caramel and toffee balanced by earthy hop bitterness. Dry hops & English Ale yeast lend a pleasant fruity aroma.

Pours a golden amber with a slight off white head.

Sour fruit, wild yeast, Smokey malt, bitter herb and cola.

Subtle and delicious, Smokey malt. Sour fruit with raspberry peach vibe, like grain toasted malt bread with a bitter herb dry finish = delicious.

Old Cranleigh is murky, dark copper. The rocky beige head reaches one half inch before turning creamy and condensing to one quarter inch fairly quickly.

The aroma is sweet, like hearty wheat bread, with mild spicing, light honey, and hot apple cider.

The flavor is pleasant and mild, following the nose. Apple spicing, while mild, is rather distinct against light bitterness.

The full body and creamy texture are lifted by light carbonation. Alcohol is stronger than anticipated.

This is a great beer. It is very relaxing with a light bite while consumed from a PBGC dimpled mug.
