L:. Pours a dark black with a small tan head that dissipates quickly and leaves no lacing on the glass.
S:. Slight note of coffee, cherry, sweet maple, some black licorice, roasted dark malt. Smell is subtle but a lot is going on.
T:. Belgian yeast, a spicy bitterness, sweet maple, roasted malt, chocolate and coffee, a bit of anise seed and black licorice.
F:. Slightly cola like, medium body.
O:. This beer is quite subtle but it has a lot of interesting things going on.
