A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color and has some brownish hues. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly settled down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of vanilla cake and brown sugar are present in the nose along with notes of pineapples and hints of cherries.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the cherry and pineapple flavors seem to be a bit stronger and the brown sugar contributes some sweetness to the taste.
M: It feels a bit more than light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer does a very good job at replicating the aromas and flavors of the ingredients in a pineapple upside down cake.
