This Barrel Aged Grand Cru is a true labor of love, the brewer (metaphorically of course) binds himself to the kettle for a 5 hour long boil so that you may unbind yourselves from your day, or from being mentally present at your next horrifying family gathering. Sometimes a temporary burden gives way to permanent reward. Pairs well with self sacrifice.

A ruddy reddish brown pour, just a few stray bubbles. Nose is fruit and wine. It tastes like fruit and wine. This definitely has a sticky feel.
