A- 375ml pour to a becher with an amber body that has some haziness to it. Head is an inch high with good retention and a frothy consistency. Spotty lace.
S- Fruity and funky culture suggesting a decent sourness. Vinous tannins, sour grapes, lemons, funky barnyard, straw, slight oak wood and sour Bretty cherry pie.
T- Goes down the path of the aroma quite well and the sourness accentuates the brews brightness naturally. Vinous sour grapes, sour apple, intense lactic acid, sour cherry, fruit skins, funky barnyard, musty basement, slight wood, lime sours and overall the brew is filled with wine flavors. Funky, sour, fruity and well rounded flavor.
MF- Light-medium bodied and basically bone dry. A high level of carbonation and a slightly frothy texture. Ends very sour.
Wunderkammer just packs so much flavor into their sours. Tons of vinous, grape and fruit along with funk and battery acid sour.

Poured from the 375 ml bottle. dated "brewed March 9 2018" into the test glass.
A - Red cedar colored, nice clarity allows for the very gentle carbonation to put on a show. A loosely knitted froth ring of off white resides through the experience.
S - Toasted oak, tannins, cherry skin, earthy grains, with a nice citrus thread running through.
T - Cold the flavors run the citrus side, lime, tart lemon drops, with a rise in temperature, the oak comes out, dark cherry adds nice depth.
M - Start is a bit tart, then a smoothing sweetness rolls over the palate, the carbonation keeps things dancing without being overbearing. Finishing on the slightly tart side. Excellent feel.
O - Another compelling offering from a talented brewer, the use of the lager yeast keeps the texture focused, flavors are pointed and rich, while the aromatics offer insight to the wood this rested in.

New batch brewed March 9th, 2018.
375 ml. bottle.

Moderate pour yields a one inch off white head over a reddish amber body with some sticky lacing. Nose of funk hits you first with slight oak and lemon/lime as well. As it warms the oak comes forward a bit. Taste of aforementioned citrus and oak with a slight citrus pith dryness near the finish. Nice feel and overall, another job well done by Vasili. Cheers!
