Another cool Wunderkammer offering. Was surprised at how well the lilac character held up, both in the aromas and flavors. A taste of spring!

Pours hazy yellow with a pillowy white head. Tattered sheets of lacing and fairly persistent retention. Floral and lemony in the nose. Faint Lilac. Light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. Tart and dry on the palate with lemon and flower petals. Finishes with lingering lemon and grapefruit.
