Pours hazy yellow with a two inch head of white. Moderate head and retention. Mineral-rubbed lemon with apple and pineapple skins in the nose. Light bodied with a crisp, sharp mouthfeel. Pithy citrus and bone-dry on the palate. Lemon, grapefruit, and faint oak. Finishes zesty and dry with lingering minerals and lemon.
