500 ml bottle.
Brewed Aug. 2021.
Bottled May 2022.
Moderate pour yields a nearly one inch white head over a golden straw colored, slightly hazy body. Head dissipates down to a ring in minutes.
Nose of musty funk, citrus, and slight oak.
Taste mirrors nose with a bit of honey upfront, giving way to citrus midway through the finish. Funk and oak are evident throughout. As it warms the honey becomes present until the finish of slight dry citrus pith.
Wonderful medium to full mouthfeel with medium carbonation.
Overall, yet another winner from Albany, VT. Good luck finding it as I found one in my fridge's crisper drawer last week!
Cheers!

Poured from the 500 ml, 2022 vintage bottle into the test glass
A - Excellent clarity, light straw color, a lovely white cap quickly disipates, fleeing to form a white thin ring.
S - As soon as it was opened, that funky mixed culture smell filled the area. Up close the nose is more nuanced, with Verbana, honey, jammy orange all in the mix
T - Very much follows the aromatics, with layers of funk, like bloomy rime, blended with candied lemon.
M - Tart start, excellent body, with crisp dry texture. Ashen dry finish
O - A beautiful mixed culture offering, Well done
